somewhere (2020) is a series of prints Maria Amidu produced as part of a commission from the Socially Engaged Artists Salon (SEAS). Each unique print features a detail of the original artworks, which were made using carbon paper, an Imperial Good Companion 5 Typewriter, water, and free writing passages by the artist who used the prompt words: cause, drops, urge, craving, erasure, booklet and water to create each work.
